What are the delivery costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. LoveHoney uses a combination of Royal Mail First Class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink courier services.

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. For example, the Royal Mail cannot deliver large items and Interlink courier does not offer a next-day service to some parts of the UK.

If you live in remote parts of the UK and require a next-day delivery service, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time.

The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed will be cancelled and payment refunded.

Discreet Packaging and Secure Delivery

All Hen Night HQ parcels are sent in plain packaging. Click to see exactly how your order will be packaged.

All Hen Night HQ UK parcels have to be signed for.

If you're out when the postman calls, don't panic! Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order or how to arrange for redelivery at a time convenient for you.

If your parcel is being delivered by Interlink Express, they will also leave a card. You will be able to contact them to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
