How do I cancel an order?

Send us a message using the Feedback form.

If you order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.

If your order has already been despatched but has not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

We will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.
