We asked Hen Night HQ visitors for their top hen night tips - and this is what they said!

At least one person should remain sober, that way everyone remains a little safer.

Buy all your supplies from HenNightHQ.co.uk to ensure you're prepared (we had to buy condoms from the vending machine to decorate our bride-to-be and phone up her ex-boyfriend to see if he would strip for her!)

Chill out, drink in moderation

Don't do what everyone else did just because...pick something that YOU want to do!

Enjoy and don't worry about everyone else having fun - it's your night!

Find time for photos – just make sure they're not too incriminating!

Go to an Australian bar - no problem finding volunteers to help with forfeits!

Have the hen night at least 2 weeks before wedding to allow time to recover

Invite your crazy friends – that way you're bound to have a wild time

Just go for it - hopefully it will be the only one you have

Keep it simple

Look out for each other

Make sure you have a kitty to cover any essentials and prevent arguments

Not toooo much drink

Order taxis in advance

Play plenty of party games or set some dares

Quirky activities such as pole dancing classes or pottery painting are a nice alternative to pubs and clubs

Remember why you're getting married - behave

Start with a bit of cheesy music

Try to introduce and include everyone. Early bit of the night that's suitable for mums, and then something a bit wilder later on.

Understand that your mum or mother-in-law might not appreciate an invite to a strip club. Consider joining them for a sedate meal instead.

Veils aren't just for the wedding – wear one on your hen night to help secure free drinks

What happens at the party stays at the party!

X-rated antics should only be entered in to if you're 100% sober and 110% sure

You don't need to travel far to have a good time - being with all your mates is what counts

Zany costumes and themes get everyone in the mood and help the group to bond
